Found something off in a report?
We take false positives seriously — they erode trust faster than anything else. If a finding looks wrong, send us a short email with:
- The domain you scanned (or the Scan ID from the bottom of the report).
- The finding title (or section).
- Why you think it's wrong — even one sentence helps a lot.
We'll investigate and write back. If we got it wrong, we'll re-run the scan for free.
For agencies & freelancers
If you build or maintain websites for clients, Scanthra is a polite way to walk into a sales conversation with a printable security report. Drop us a line — we're putting together a simple partner mode for people who scan more than a handful of sites a month.

Want your scan data removed? Use the data deletion request form — we'll wipe it within 24 hours.
